Former Selectman, Doug Sears, who has been castigated, ignored, and thrown out of Town Meeting for his stand against this issue has been saying all along throughout the mess known as the "PerkinsLand/MillsMall fiasco", that there were discrepancies in who actually owned the land. Now, years later, the REAL issue is finally resolved as the Perkins Land Trust pays Magee over 1 million dollars for the land that Attorney Rick O'Neill said "was under Route 93 somewhere".  See, we told you so. Yet, redneck-connected-good-ole-boy-local-yokels didn't want to hear about it. Oh I forgot, none of them are running the town anymore, is it any wonder?

Magee resolves his land title issue by selling the land Perkins said he didn't own to Perkins for $1,100,000.(Do you think Perkins is still insisting that the land is located somewhere under Rte 93?)
